Another Great Multi-Generational Estate Sale in North Dallas with every room full.  This is a DownSizing Sale with lots of interesting items including Vintage Cameras, Slide Projector, Records, and Tools.  You’ll find lots of Costume Jewelry along with Silver Plated Hostess Items, a few pieces of Sterling, and great Cut Crystal items.  We’ve got lots small Lapel Pins, Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings in addition to a couple of Baskets of Bagged Jewelry.  We have a great selection of nice Area Rugs, Framed Art, and Paintings in a wide variety of sizes.  We’ve got an HP Pavilion F1503 Computer Screen, an Acer Laptop Computer with Wireless Logitech Mouse, an HP Photosmart 3210 All in One Printer – Scanner – Copier, and a Panasonic Electric Typewriter R350.  We have lots of Books, including Vintage Novels lots of Faith Based Books & Bibles and Children’s Books (Vintage and New).  We have lots of Office Items, Desks, Book Cases, Cameras, Tables, and Chairs.  There is even an Oreck XL21 Vac and a Vintage Wood Sewing Cabinet with Drawers (in Great Condition).  We have lots of Bedding including Nice Quilts, Blankets, Sheets, Pillowcases, and Towels.  We have Cocktail Glasses galore, lots of Gift Items including a great Collection of Angels, Crosses, and Sea Shells. There is even some Coral and Sand Dollars.  We also have a nice selection of Candles and Candle Holders.

We have Awesome Patio Furniture; Iron Chairs (three can be hooked together to make a couch with Reversible Pillows (White or Yellow) plus an extra chair.  We have a set of four Iron Bounce / Rocking Chairs with Round matching Round Table.  There are two extra Iron Bounce / Rocking Chairs.  We have an iron and Wood Bench, a Great Coffee Table / Bench, Wheel Barrow, Garden Hose Caddy with Hose, Bird Houses and Yard Art.

We have lots of unusual Collectables, Shells, Bottles Centerpieces, Vases, and a Seth Thomas Chiming Clock (Hour & Half Hour with key). How about Lamps?  We have a great Variety.  Many are unusual, and most are with shades (BNI).  We have a nice variety of Framed Paintings (some are signed).  We also have some interesting framed art pictures and sayings – great for gift giving or room decor.  We have a great vintage Marble Top Vanity in Excellent Condition.  There is also a 3 Legged Claw Foot Round Vintage Entry or Accent Table – in great condition.  We also have lots of Chairs; Dining Chairs, Side Chairs.  Most are Vintage, Ladder Back or Mid-Century in style.  We also have a White Leather Love Seat, a Brown Leather Chair with Ottoman, a Mid-Century Desk, and a Mid-Century Cabinet with Glass Doors and a pull-down Desk.  We have s 1960’s Low, Long and White Fabric Hide-a-Bed in Good Condition.  We have nice End Tables and Floor Lamps with Shades (BNI).  We have a Vintage Arm Chair and a Vintage Suede High Back (executive) Office Chair. For our collectors we have Precious Moments (some stamped Precious Moments and some stamped Johnathan & David).  We have 2 sets of Fireplace tools – one Brass and one Silver finish.

We have a nice variety of Cut Crystal items, Vintage Depression era Glass, Milk Glass, Plated Trays, and assorted hostess items.  We have a large and beautiful Floral and Feather Sconce.  There is a Vintage Claw Foot Drop Leaf Dining Table in Good Condition.  We have an assortment of Pentax Camera Equipment (2 Bodies) with lots of Different Lenses and Accessories.  We also have a long open Desk with three Drawers in good Condition, and we have a leather Desk / Arm Chair.  Remember all that Jewelry.  It’s nice.  If you are looking to stock your bar, we have supplies and a great selection of bottled adult beverages to choose from.

The kitchen and eating area is really full of dishes, counter top Appliances, Cookware, Glasses, Storage items, along with a Nice Folding Table and two chairs.  We have a Food Saver with Plastic roll, Cuisinart Coffee Pot (with Manual), Krups Coffee Grinders (1 White & 1 Black) Black & Decker Steamer, Vintage Hamilton Beach Stainless Mixer, and Osterizer Vintage Blender.  We have lots of Dishes, Glasses, Cups and Corning Wear.  We have a 5-Piece Canister set, New Belgian Waffle Maker, a New Food Chopper and Hard Plastic Storage Sets.  We have a great assortment of Pots and Pans, Large Stew Pot, Pasta Pot, Four-Piece Green Pot & Pan Set, Fish Steamer, Stainless Pots & Pans, and Large Aluminum Roasting Pan.  There are three Modern White with Stainless Bar Stools.  They are Adjustable and Very nice – a great find.  We have three Iron Framed Tables with Glass Tops (can be used inside or outside).  We have Copper, Depression glass, Mexican Pottery Dishes (some sets) from Puebla, Mexico, Steak Knives, Pyrex Casserole Dishes and Pie Plates.  We have Silverware and Kitchen Gadgets, Measuring Cups and Spoons, Spatulas and Mixing Bowls.  We even have Franciscan Ivy Dishes – Nicknamed “Lucy & Ethel” Dishes.

All the rooms in this house along with the Garage and Patio are full.  You’ll find a nice assortment of items in great condition in every area.  Come early for the best selection.
