Very large home completely packed with great merchandise - we don't mess with the small sales - something for everyone! Unless the morning line is over 100 people - everyone will get in at opening - plenty of room for everyone. HOW WE RUN OUR SALES: Unlike most estate sale companies, we ALWAYS have staff on hand to help with purchase of large or heavy items. For an additional fee we also usually offer delivery of items - ask the guys in the orange shirts for a quote. Terms are Cash, Credit, or Debit - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. 6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - its the law. All sales are final and all items are being sold as is, as found in the estate. Please make note of closing times each day - we close promplty to finalize our accounting and secure valuables - for security reasons there will be absolutely no admittance under any circumstances. Any common household items not tagged (AND THERE ARE THOUSANDS IN THIS SALE) will be priced at the register by our cashier. If you do not agree with the price, we will gladly restock the item no questions asked but please do not hold up the check-out line haggling over a few dollars.
