PARKING - Do NOT park beyond the marked off areas! Please park partially on the pavement and partially on the grass. The field is still fairly wet from the rain we received earlier in the week. Also, be courteous to one another! Do not block each other in and leave room for turning around and getting out!

LOADING OF ITEMS - You MUST provide your own help to load the items you purchase! The staff will be extremely busy working the sale and are not available to help you load! Please don't ask! Large items must be picked up no later than Noon on Saturday! Small items must go with you immediately!

We have been given the honor by a wonderful Flower Mound family to host the Estate Sale of a Renown Flower Mound Physician and his Beautiful Wife. A physician who delivered most of Flower Mound and who also served his country as a WWII Pilot.
