Cash, good local checks (w/proper ID and approval), debit, and credit cards are acceptable payment forms. We will go after any check that is returned for NSF. 4. All items are sold in "As Is, Where Is" condition. No guarantees nor warranties are expressed or implied. ALL SALES FINALS. No refunds nor exchanges will be given. Please understand that there are no exceptions. 5. Anyone caught shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 6.
