This is a beautiful Estate in a gated community. They are supposed to leave the gate open during the Sale. If they don't please call Valerie at 916-202-1767 for gate entry. This a downsizer but the items left are fantastic. We hope that you can come and join us for the Sale. We can only put signs up outside of the gate. The house is a straight after entering the gate and we will have a sign up at the Estate. There is a beautiful Baby Grand Piano. If you are planning to purchase it please have movers ready by 2 pm close of Sale on Sunday.
