This is a cash only sale. All sales are final, and you, the buyer, are responsible for moving your items from the premises. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN CARRY FURNITURE ITEMS YOU PURCHASE AT THE SALE. There will be no help there to move things. Also, all items must be picked up by the end of the sale ( @ 5:00 pm).

This is a living estate sale. It is the Kriska Pecan Farm, in Bardwell, TX.
There will be lots and lots of goodies at this sale. It is a combination of two households.

We know that you will find lots of items to take to your house.
***We will only be open on Sunday, if neccesary. You might want to e-mail before you drive out on Sunday.
***Also, none of the farm equipment is for sale. It has been sold with the property.
