Carol flew from Los Angeles to liquidate 3 storage units of Mom’s property after 2 years of waiting. Part of the challenge was personals and family pictures were mixed in! We brought it all to our warehouse and her heirs went through it all… keeping what they wanted. We bought the rest (Mom’s monthly care is very expensive!) and it is now at our store. Sometimes there are good reasons not to have an Estate Sale in the home; such as location, lack of parking, quick home sale, subdivision / township restrictions, gated communities or not enough items to sell. When Senior’s must liquidate their apartment in an Independent Living Community… They still need the money, bring it all somewhere else to sell. At an Off Site Store location, everything is For Sale! Yes, some high-end and antique furniture, art, jewelry and collections… BUT generally, ‘common stuff’ for ‘common people’, gently used items to be used again! Furniture, Appliances (yes; refrigerators, washers / dryers), Home Décor, Books, Jewelry and more… Come see the great values Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. Cindy Walden has owned Belle’s Attic (on 2978 near 1488 Magnolia TX) for the last 4 years with great success. Due to congested traffic and 2 lanes to 5 road construction for about a year, she has decided to ‘move on’. She has decided to join efforts with Scott and Ty at a NEW store! Now working much closer to home (allowing more time with the Grandkids), Cindy and Sheena have brought their expertise, experience and excitement to Louetta Road in Spring Texas.
