Premises are monitored before and during sale for increased security and loss prevention. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We don't have to have a reason.

We ARE NOT able to give prices over the phone. If we can give out any prices before the sale, we will have them posted under the pictures. More information will be provided as we set up this sale.

**Please note that some family members coming from out of town may remove a few of the items shown. These are our initial pictures to give you an idea of what kind of things will be at this sale.

Be aware of your surroundings and others as we are not responsible for accidents. Park responsibly and respect the neighboring lawns and right of way. Driveway parking for those loading furniture only.

Respect the property and boundaries set by the yellow caution tape. Entry to the home will be controlled to a number that enables us to best serve our clients and our customers.

We accept cash and credit or debit cards. All items sold "As Is" and "Where Is". No exchanges or refunds. No exceptions.

Please bring assistance to help you move or dismantle large items as items are sold "where they stand". We have dollies and small furniture rollers available for your use.

"Make An Offer" box is available at all sales. These offers are reviewed after the end of each sale day. If your offer is accepted on an unsold item, we will contact you.
