Communication
Communication is the cornerstone of any good relationship. And we want our buyers to be happy and well informed. If you have any questions about the Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley online auction process please contact James Green at jgreen@caringtransitions.net or call us at 610-904-8093. The same number can be used to call if there are special requests during the auction and to resolve payment or pick up issues. Please contact us if you are unsure of the terms and conditions. And use that same email address to request email alerts to let you know when new auctions are starting.

Items
Despite best efforts to accurately describe an item, it is likely that the buyer and seller may have a difference of opinion on the condition of an item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the photos, research, and ask questions before bidding. We will not list every flaw associated with each item, and flaws are to be expected. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc.) we do our best to list the fault within the description. We will provide descriptions based on our assessment of an item. However, do not assume that our assessment of condition will be the same as your assessment. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. We can not guarantee that every small part of a game, puzzle, toy or similar item will be present. Dimensions given may be approximate. Do not hesitate to email us with questions.

Bidding
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are a winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available to pick up your purchases on the scheduled pick up date. All alternative pick up dates or shipping arrangements are at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley and must be me made in advance by contacting us by phone before the end of the auction. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement. All bidders must be at least 18 years old.
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid amount.

Invoices
Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you before paying. Invoices are emailed at the completion of the auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. If you do not receive and invoice for an item you have won within 24 hours contact us immediately.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid amount. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, just a debit or credit card. Exceptions to PayPal are at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley and arrangements must be made by phone prior to the end of the auction. Any items won but not paid for within 24 hours of the pick up date will be considered abandoned. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you fail to pay.

Abandoned items
Any items won but not paid for within 24 hours of the pick up date will be considered abandoned. Any items paid for but not picked up during the scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds for abandoned items. Abandoned items will be sold or disposed of at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley. Any changes to the pick up date or time are at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley and must be made by phone prior to the end of the auction or in case of emergency by the end of the pick up date. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you abandon and item.

Pick up
Dates and time of pick up will be provided in the auction information. The pick up address will be provided by email after payment has been received. Any changes to the pick up date or time are at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley and must be made by phone prior to the end of the auction or in case of emergency the end of the pick up date. Any items paid for but not picked up during the scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned.
Please bring the necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Please bring your own packing materials to protect your items. Loading assistance is not available. Please bring enough help to lift, carry, and load your purchases. Use a vehicle with enough space to hold your items. We do NOT allow our employees to lift any heavy items. Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley is not responsible for any injury or damage to customers’ property or person. You are responsible for any damage you do to our clients’ property.
Large or fragile items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up dates and times.
We do occasionally have multiple sales at multiple locations so be aware if you win multiple items you may have multiple pick up dates, times and sites.

Shipping
Shipping is on a case by case basis and must be arranged by phone prior to the end of the auction. Items available to be shipped are at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping costs. Insurance is strongly suggested. Winning bidders may pay packing and material fees to ship some items. This fee will be at the discretion of Caring Transitions of the Lehigh Valley and based on our costs to properly pack and ship your item. Large or fragile items will not be shipped.
