Directions:  LIE Exit 41N onto Broadway 106/107 heading North. Pass Route 25 and bear R onto Route 106N. Follow 106N to Northern Blvd/25A and turn Right heading East. Continue 2+ miles and turn Left onto Cove Road. 2nd Left onto Birch Ct. House at end of Cul-de-Sac.

Parking is permitted as homeowner obtained a permit, so not to worry but be respectful of neighbors in this lovely area.

Please be respectful of Homeowners and do not come on to the property until the sales staff arrives and invites you to do so.

How Our Number System Works:  A sign-up sheet is placed in a plastic bag outside of the home on the mailbox. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance. Once we open the doors no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you.
