We call this house - MID-Century Time Capsule! Dealers - don't miss this one! This classic mid-century home has lots of good stuff! Some highlights: Set of vintage Sterling Flatware in the Towle "Madeira" pattern in original Adler's box - roughly 57 ounces of silver - 8 knives, six soup spoons, 8 teaspoons, 4 seafood forks, 8 salad forks, 8 dinner forks, ladle, sugar shell, 2 large serving spoons, Meat fork. There is also a matching sterling handled salad set that will be sold separately. Kentucky Derby glasses from the 1960's and 1970's Vinyl and 78 records - Rare "Regal Boogie" 78 by the American Brewing Company - flip side is "That Regal Feeling." Also a very rare Roosevelt Hotel "Blue Room" Album. Set of 12 Roosevelt Hotel seafood forks Original rare Metairie Cemetery photograph (prob ca. 1920) - the Morales family (all identified) standing in front of their NEW TOMB, which still reads "Deubler" on the front. Care to guess who that is? Famous Storyville madam Josie Arlington. The tomb was sold to the Morales family and Josie's remains moved to a still-secret location in the cemetery. This nice sized original photo is a real piece of New Orleans history! Original bw photos from the 1962 Krewe of Carrollton Mardi Gras parade - some great float shots! LOTS of good vintage glassware and kitchenware - tea sets, mid-century bar ware, pyrex/corning ware, cookware - you name it. Cabinets are FULL.
