Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm each day and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not on the sale property. If there are problems with the list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday and Sunday at 10:30am; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one please bring it back to us for a $10.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

We are also looking for a few more people to join the Ampersand team if you are interested please see the cashier (most likely Brad, Jacob or Monica) at one of our sales.

From 176/Rockland Road and Sheridan Road in Lake Bluff IL.

Take Sheridan Road south to E Witchwood Lane.

Turn left (east) on E Witchwood Lane the house is 306 and is on the north west corner of Witchwood Lane & Newman Court.
