--No early birds. Doors open at 9 AM (# of buyers in home during first hour will be limited- others should expect a short wait. Please be courteous to neighbors and fellow buyers. --Cash only, all sales are final. --No Children please. --Two floors of property for sale, although stairs are sound, buyers will ascend and descend stairs at their own risk. --Packing supplies available, but you may want to bring a box for the treasures you find. --All purchases must be "collected" by the end of the day 3:00 PM May 17. |
