As you can see from the pictures, this was a fully equipped, operational garage.  Sad to say, the owner, Paul Christensen, passed away, and the family is liquidating the garage contents.

Just added to sale today 6/2 -  2003 Chevy Silverado 4x4 with duty package engine size 4.8. Has 81,000 mi.. Plow was used for 1/2 season, purchased 12/7/12.  Now  the engine on the stand:  It's a Chevrolet 350 small block - engine serial # 3970010 -bored to 360 - compression ratio - believe it's 10:1 - heads are brand new - uses racing fuel.
