ITEMS ARE SOLD IN “AS IS” CONDITION – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, PLEASE EXAMINE ITEMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CASH ONLY, unless purchase is over $100, in which case, we can accept payment through “SQUARE” (credit cards). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. Buyer must arrange for their own transport, loading, and/or delivery of purchased items. ALL GUESTS MUST SIGN IN. You are acknowledging by attending and signing it at the Estate Sale that you are entering at your own risk and accept responsibility for same. You also agree to hold any and All Personnel, Warehouse owner/ Tenant, Homeowners' Estate, sellers, and any and all affiliates Harmless. We are not responsible for injuries, falls or accidents. Access WILL BE LIMITED TO A SMALL GROUP OF CUSTOMERS AT A TIME to prevent overcrowding. Please be respectful to the staff monitoring entry, they will be allowing additional shoppers in ASAP. NOT PERMITTED: No Food, Drinks, or Smoking. No Large Bags, Back Packs, or closed bags of any kind allowed. Very small purses or wallets only. No small children or strollers allowed into SALE SPACE. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to follow the rules. Anyone in violation of any of these rules will be asked to leave. We are here to help you buy as much as you want.
