1. PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At the conclusion of the auction your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases. A second charge for postage will be made when items are shippped.
2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or shumateauction@aol.com. If you bid on the wrong item we will NOT reverse the bid. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action.
3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute.
4. PREVIEW ITEMS: A preview of items is scheduled for..... MAY 25-26-27 from 10am to 2pm ......at Shumate Auctions, 606 Falmouth St, Warrenton, VA. Questions can be sent to Email shumateauction@aol.com.
5. PICK-UP: Local buyers can pick up purchases .....Monday June 1 from 9am to 4pm.... 540-229-7063. Items will be shipped to Buyer on Monday June 1.
6. SALES TAX: Virginia State Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, you must email (shumateauction@aol.com) or fax(540-359-6030) a copy of your ST-10 form PRIOR to auction closing. You can obtain a VA form online at www.tax.virginia.gov. State Tax will not be credited if your signed tax exempt for is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number.
7. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%.
8. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by the end of the auction closing day. If you do not receive a receipt contact Shumate Auctions.
9. SHIPPING COSTS: A second CC charge will be made on June 1 for shipping amount.
