Item can be picked up the week prior to the sale if purchased over the phone. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up hours EVER !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! Estate home driveway is used FOR PICKUPS ONLY - Please be considerate of through traffic and neighboring lawns / driveways when parking. !!
