For all of our on-site Estate Sales, we accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard. All sales are subject to 8.00% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. "Seller's Permit") or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. All items are offered as found and are available on a "first come, first served" basis. Items are the private property of our clients and may be withdrawn from the sale at any time. Some items may be subject to prior sale. We do not do holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We may give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales - We start when we say we start. Delivery services are available to those not able to remove purchases prior to close of sale. If you cannot pick-up the item by the end of the sale, GoodLife Sales reserves the right to charge a "storage fee". All buyers and attendees attend this event at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
