Please be advised that entry will be limited - we adhere to the fire code. Items are sold "As Is" and "All Sales Final". Not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during the sale. Sales tax will be collected; dealers must provide resell number. Cash and credit cards with minimum purchase of $50, accepted. First day is full price, second day discounts between 20% off to 50% off. Some exclusions apply. Children must be supervised at all times. No strollers allowed. No public restrooms. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. It is a violation and you may be towed or ticketed. We are unable to assist with loading. Bring your packing materials as we have a limited supply. THANK YOU! This sale is so full that we will have two separate shopping sections; one inside and one outside. The old adage is relevant for this estate sale, "big things come in small packages". We have hundreds of brand new tools in the garage; as well, a packed small home filled with newer furnishings, 1950's collectibles, some antiques, glassware, decor, and home furnishings.
