The homeowner, who is moving, grew up in this house, in which her grandparents also lived for a time. The house is full of quality older furniture, some from the early part of he 20th century, and the family is still moving things around and organizing, so it's not easy to describe. Every time I go over there, they've unearthed some new treasure. Specific highlights include a solid mahogany bedroom set, a rattan patio set with original 1950s cushions, a number of still-working radio and stereo equipment dating back to the 1940s, lots of artwork, small treasures, pots, pans and china, everyday glassware, etc.

Saturday night update: While today was a huge success, we have barely scratched the surface of this treasure trove! Therefore, we are slashing prices as the owner is motivated to move things out the door. No reasonable offer will be refused.
