We have a new policy regarding phone call inquiries about the pricing of items and whether items in the estate are still present during the estate sale. We simply cannot handle the telephone traffic due to the volumes of interests. Thus, you will have to attend the sale to see the prices and if your preferred item is still available during the estate sale weekend. This way, we can focus on the customers present at the sale and during the sale. Consideration of our bid sheet format is an easy option. A bid on an item gives you the flexibility at purchasing your desired item at your price. We start discounting at noon; thus, if your bid intersects with our discounting process, we will be mindful of it. We will notify you by phone call or text from the estate sale. Bid sheets are considered commitments to purchase if awarded.
