2) Everything will be sold as is/where is with no warranty or guarantees implied. 3) No refunds or exchanges. 4) NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. Please keep them safely at home. 5) Please bring cash to this sale as we accept CASH ONLY. 6) All purchases must be removed by close of day on the last day of the sale with NO exceptions. 7) We, nor the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 8) Bring your own help to carry or load your items. We are not as young as we used to be. Now for the other rules: Please park only in the street and respect the other neighbors properties and driveways! The sale will open promptly at 9:00 a.m. Please respect the order of arrival and form a line behind the door! Remember, we are all adults so lets all have FUN!!!!! Our supplies at this sale are extremely limited so please be sure to bring your own bags & boxes to box up your new treasures! Just leave them in your vehicle until you need them after check-out. We will always try to make sure there is a table set up for you to pack your treasures up if space is available at the sale. PLEASE REMEMBER- You MUST bring your own help to load your items as staff members will be extremely busy tending to the sale. |
