First of all without YOU, our customers we could not provide an amazing estate sale experience and have it be a success. With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation. ******We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a 10% sales tax applied to this sale. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS TAKE IT UP WITH THE STATE DEPTARTMENT OF REVENUE. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We will not be doing a sign in sheet for this sale. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******Please do not park in neighbors drives or block mail boxes. ******No specific parking provided, you make your own decisions where to park and are responsible for any damage you do with your car. ******We take cash or local approved check for this sale. ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. ******We do not pre-sell items. ******You may use your own sold stickers, payment must be made as soon as possible after you place the sold sticker or we will remove the sticker and place the item back up for sale. If you put a sold sticker on an item you are obligated to buy that item. ******Family reserves the right to pull any item at any time prior to estate sale, the items available when the estate sale begins takes precedent over any and all advertisements prior to sale. However, we do discourage families from removing items once pictured. Anyone willfully violating any of the terms and conditions of this sale will be asked to leave and will be banned from any future events by our company.

We are enclosing over 200 pictures of our initial walkthrough of this beautiful large 2 story home in Dadeville, Al just minutes from Lake Martin. This home has 2 floors of awesome items. There are closets after closet and boxes after boxes of items that we will be unpacking the middle of next week. Thousands of items will be in this huge 2 day sale. Over 100 pieces of department 56 in the boxes, huge collection of over 100 Santa Clauses, Huge collection of Bells, Outdoor Furniture, Prints, Furniture, Glassware, Antiques, Pottery, Huge collection of trinket boxes, Cloisonne pieces, everyday household items, kitchenware, clothes and much, much more. We will be posting more detailed pictures as we prepare this sale for you next week. As we make every effort to have all items pictured available for sale on day of sale. The family will be coming into the house on Wednesday night to be allowed to purchase items prior to door opening. We will try our best to update the listing with any item that is pictured that is removed by the family. Thank you for your cooperation. All items available day of sale will take precedent over any and all advertisements prior to sale. |
