Cash is always preferred however Credit cards will be accepted with $100.00 minimum purchase and you must have a valid ID. We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. Children - UNDER STRICT SUPERVISION - are welcome. Prices are not available prior to the sale and we do not pre-sell items. No Large Bags or Purses. NO Exceptions. Items are sold during sale hours only. No refunds, no exchanges or returns. All items are sold in “as is” used condition. All sales are final. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries while you are shopping our estate sale. This week we are in the beautiful neighborhood of Flower Mound and we have been setting up for our upcoming sale at a former Orthodontics office in Flower Mound. This is our first time conducting an estate sale in a non residential area. We have a 5000 sq ft space to work with and it has been so much fun uncovering a lot of awesome treasures!
