4. We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale.
5. We accept cash and major credit cards with valid TX DL and phone number.
6. Sales tax is collected. Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate.
7. Children are welcome to our sales. They must be with you at all times. Unescorted children will be tagged and sold.
8. No pre-sales. We'd love to accommodate your phone calls, texts and emails, but are busy preparing for the sale. If time allows, I will respond to your inquiries. We will not be available by phone during the sale.
9. Items must be removed by the end of the sale unless an alternate time has been scheduled with Rachael.
