We have a new policy regarding phone call inquiries about the pricing of items and whether items in the estate are still present during the estate sale. We simply cannot handle the telephone traffic due to the volumes of interests. Thus, you will have to attend the sale to see the prices and if your preferred item is still available during the estate sale weekend. This way, we can focus on the customers present at the sale and during the sale. You need to consider utilizing our bid sheets at our sales. Bid sheets are considered commitments to purchase if awarded.
 

Fantastic estate sale in Germantown in Oakleigh subdivision area. There will be no signs per Germantown town ordinances; also, we will have 'no parking this side of street' signs to help minimize traffice for customers and neighbors. Please be considerate when parking. We need customers to coordinate their moving of items from the sale, once purchased.
