All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! Estate home driveway is used FOR PICKUPS ONLY - Please be considerate of through traffic and neighboring lawns / driveways when parking. !!
