Clark’s may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark’s be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card chargebacks will be allowed for any reason.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. (Online and out of State buyers) Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your credit card will be charged twice - once for purchases and once for shipping. Shipping and handling will be charged at a separate time. A handling fee of 6.50 will be charged (per boxed item or items) we will ship as many items in one box pre your request. Several items in one box 6.50 (3 boxes 6.50 per box) this is to cover the wrappers wage, bubble, box, tape etc. plus Insurance and the shipping cost. Any items that Clark’s deems too large to ship themselves, the buyer will then arrange for special shipping at their own costs and labor. If you’re unsure if we can ship an item, please call before bidding!
DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF ITEMS SELLING TO ON-LINE BIDDERS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ONE (1) WEEK FROM AUCTION DATE FOR SHIPPING.

Buyers Premium of 18% from Clark's will be added to all purchases, buyers paying in person at Clark’s will will receive a discount of 3% if paying cash or check.
Online auction buyers will be charged a Buyers Premium of 15% and 5% from AuctionZip/Invaluable, a total of 20%.

All accounts must be settled by or at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark’s with a valid re-sale permit. ALL INTERNATIONAL bidders must pay by wire transfer, Items will not be shipped until all payments are confirmed.
