Directions:   From the West: Southern Pkwy to Exit 15/Franklin Ave, cross over Corona to stay on Blakeman Dr, Right onto Franklin Ave, continue on Franklin, crossing over Cornwell Ave to Left onto Bond Ave, Right onto Alnwick. 

From the East: Southern Pkwy to Exit 17S/Hempstead Ave., continue South on Hempstead Ave, bear Right to stay on Hempstead Ave., bear Right onto Broadway, stay straight on Broadway (do NOT bear Left) as the street turns into Alnwick.

How Our Number System Works:  A sign-up sheet is placed in a plastic bag outside of the home on the mailbox. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance. Once we open the doors no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you.
