Family is downsizing from this massive 10 acre apple orchard in Anza. This rustic farm has lots of unique items that they have been collecting for over 38 years. This is definitely a step back in time  when you walk around and see this wonderful collection of unique vintage and antique items.  The house is multi level with two separate staircases; one to the top floor and one to the basement/bar area.  For this reason, we will not allow any strollers in the house at all.  Also note, per the owner's request, we will not allow any large purses, backpacks, etc.  You are encouraged to bring your own EMPTY bags or boxes to store your items as there is NO HOLD AREA.  The property is extremely spread out so I recommend closed shoes because it is all dirt (and some critters too)

Here is a brief breakdown of what you can expect, but in no way describes everything, there is just TOO MUCH! 

Starting with the house;

Kitchen contains several china sets and flatware sets, including a boxed gold flatware set, lots of cast iron items, McCoy Tea Set, numerous tea cups from England, Pyrex bowls and dishes both old and new.  Vintage Canisters and Bread box, serving dishes, glasses and more!

Family Rom includes several vintage hurricane lamps such as matching milkglass lamps, painted ones and oil lamps, a nice German Coo Coo Clock, a leather camel saddle bench, an old school house bench, Maple China cabinet, lots of vintage collectibles and misc. furniture.

Front Bedroom is mainly women's clothes and linens, including some vintage linens, lots of doilies and embroidered items, two military dress uniforms, fur coats, vintage faux fur coats and lots of quilts.

Upstairs Bedroom includes a maple canopy bed, with matching dresser, two vanity type chairs, several side tables, princess phones, vanity set, men's clothes, 3 vintage trunks, cowboy boots and hats.

Office includes some misc. furniture, misc. office items, two vintage manual typewriters, 8mm projector, slide projector, LOTS of sewing items, scrap fabric, notions, buttons. vintage dolls and some misc. collectibles.  Also single record albums and album books, cd's and misc. luggage.

Basement Bar includes several vintage beer signs, beer lights, liquor decanters, leather top card table set, black vinyl bar, barstools, gun shelf, nice vintage chairs, stools, Asian carved hope chest, Asian carved desk and chair, drop leaf table & a drop leaf desk.  Also vintage Christmas decorations and so much more!

Barn has a LARGE variety of small hand tools, horse tack, Barber Chair, Gas Pump, several motorcycle helmets, several antique and vintage telephones, The upstairs barn apartment has LOTS of vintage books, as well as other hardback and paperback assortment.  Very large collection of Mason Jars, some misc. furniture, several vintage sewing machines (there are a total of 7 throughout the property)

The two Tool Sheds outside the Barn hold the larger industrial type tools and electric tools.  There are dozens upon dozens of these and the photos just do not show the enormous volume of tools.

On your way from the house to the Barn and Tool Sheds, there are numerous items in the yard such as picnic tables, vintage waterpumps, numerous metal tubs and buckets, smudge pots, ladders, garden décor, old plows for yard art, a small train and tracks, train switching signal, heavy cast iron bells, wooden carts pot belly stoves and so much more!

Down below by the Tool Sheds there are whatever tractors we have left, including a Case backhoe tractor, a 1950 GMC Dumptruck, 1947 Stakebed Truck, several flatbed trailers, 1978 Cadillac Eldorado, 1978 Dodge Colt, lawnmower, about 10 or so tractor attachments, plows, discs, etc.  Boat w/trailer, log splitter, and various other large tools around the area.

There is just too much to list, so plan on staying a while at this one because there is A LOT!

Parking is only on the street.  Gate will open at 9am.  Be prepared to walk because everything is spread out.  Be sure to being your own empty bags and boxes to keep your items with you as there is no hold area.  Strollers are not allowed, as they cannot go in the house with all the stairs and with the property being all dirt, they wouldn't work well anyway.  Also, NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED.  Also note this is a CASH ONLY SALE.
