Directions:  Southern Pkwy to Exit 19S/Peninsula Blvd South, continue South on Peninsula crossing over Sunrise to Left onto Harrison Ave, to slight Right onto Broadway, continue on Broadway to left onto Auerbach Ln., to Left onto Ocean Ave., to Right onto Longwood Crossing. Follow signs. Please park to the Right of the Green Wood Fence on Left.

Please be respectful of Homeowners and do not come on to the property until the sales staff arrives and invites you to do so. Also, please do not block neighbor's driveways.

How Our Number System Works:  A sign-up sheet is placed in a plastic bag outside of the home on the mailbox. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance. Once we open the doors no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you.
