All items sold as Is Where Is with no Warranty Express or implied including merchantability for any particular purpose. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.

Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following the winning bid. Therefore he/she is further advised to guard his/her items at their own discretion.

The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If unsure, inquire or don't bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you evidenced to be the winning bidder. Auctioneer will not honor mistakes.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.

All Auctions in the State of Ohio are Reserve Auctions unless specifically stated otherwise. As such, the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or decline any offers on any merchandise offered for sale.

We accept Cash, and major Credit cards and Debit. We do not charge extra fee's for plastic.

Public Auction! We cordially invite you to our little auction in Buckeye Lake held the 1st, 3rd and 5th (if applicable) Wednesday evenings beginning at 6 pm. It is difficult to advertise what is going to be there, because we never know. We typically have food and candy, produce, and lots of new merchandice, as well as consignment merchandice. We are always actively searching for people that have items to sell. We have a robust crowd and prices have been good. There are tremendous bargains, and good items are bid competitively. If you have a good size collection of quality higher dollar assets, we offer online services as well that cater to specific markets. PHOTO'S ARE ALL FROM AUCTIONS WE HAVE HAD IN THE PAST. DO NOT COME, LOOKING FOR THOSE SPECIFIC ITEMS, COME FOR THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE! At our Buckeye Lake auction we concentrate on fun. We have many giveaways during the evening, and a cash prize at the end, but I want to share with you my favorite. We have a lot of people that return auction after auction. We are trying to grow this auction as we have seating room for many more. What we have been doing, is having a drawing for both new attendees, and the people that bring them. Last week we gave away, absolutely free, two battery chargers worth over $40.00 each! We are the only auction of its type that if you bid too much, our vendors will drop the price. Why? We sell in volume. So... if you like auctions, like being a part of an auction family, like good food, and like to win free prizes, come see us!
