3. We do our research and believe we offer a pretty fair price for the items... as such, we do not negotiate pricing on the first day. That being said, we discount quickly throughout the three days with the intention of selling everything that is for sale!!
4. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and request that everyone be nice to one another. If there is a problem please ask someone from our team to assist you if we can. We try to be as fair as we possibly can be.

Please note, due to the nature of this sale, we cannot allow children or purses bigger than a cigar box into the house.  This house is EXTREMELY full of items stacked high (going up was the only direction we could go).  With this in mind, I promise you could come each day of the sale and see something you had not seen before!!!  Look up, look down and look under because we have it packed!    

And we finally opened the last box from the attic!!!!  We are so very excited to offer you:

Background:  Our client was a well-respected auctioneer and his wife was a serious collector as well as an accomplished artist, seamstress, woodworker, antique collector (focusing on clocks, furniture, sterling, glass and ceramics), and business owner.  If I were a kid and this was my grandparents’ house I would feel like I was in a historical funhouse.... "Summer at Mom & Pop's house?" "Heck yeah!!!!" Truly cool people!!!  

Antique furniture throughout, tons of outdoor items, antique copper, tin, glass jars jewelry, kitchenware, bedroom sets, antique and collectible books, office, vintage electronics, games, Antique and newer crystal (Waterford pieces, LaLique, Check out the antique crystal! Collectible ceramics (Lladro, Cybis, Belleek, etc.) There are many broken Lladro pieces that I would love to presell!!!  Most of the broken pieces are extremely minor and have the chipped piece attached...  I will be selling these at 20% of resale value or best offer.

DOLLS!!!!  There...are...sooooo...many...dolls!  Antique, Vintage, Mint, Parts----  she also made her own from molds.  WOW! I have learned how to make ceramic lace (you dip lace in the liquid and then let it drain.... go figure! ;) lol)

Sterling Silver Tea Service Sets, Antique and vintage silverplate tea service sets (OMG!!!,  see the tray on the floor in the formal dining room video....  yeah!).  Tobacco pipes, tins and collectibles as well as antique wooden boxes and trunks.

THE GARAGE.... OMG.  If you are a digger you will be happy!  Tons of antique and vintage woodworking odds and ends including ornaments and stuff like that.

Oh, oh oh...  I almost forgot.  The handwoven baskets are absolutely fantastic!!!   Tons of original, quality, and fine artwork.
