All sales are final All items sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with all faults and blemishes and NO warranty expressed or implied. We do our best to describe things accurately, but you as the buyer are the final judge of ALL items in the auction and will hold harmless UBid Auction House for any errors.

There is a 15% buyer's premium charged to all online winning bids and must Pay for and Pickup according to the terms listed in lot 1b. Buyers may pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa and most major Cards.

Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale or Tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. All items have a description and those are to the best of our knowledge and you as the bidder will be the final judge of what the item or items really are.

Pickup and Payment:
Payment and pickup is required to be made no later than Monday following the auction close if items are not being shipped..

Items left after close of business Monday day are subject to a $10.00 a day convenience fee per lot item and can result in bidding privileges being revoked or may require a deposit for future bidding privileges.
