Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·        We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Sunday 11am to 4pm

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday, Saturday & at 10:30am on Sunday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Please do not park on the grass.

Directions for our estate sale in Northfield this weekend:

From Willow Road & Wagner Road in Northfield IL.

Take Wagner Road south to Bosworth Lane.

Turn right (west) on Bosworth Lane to Thackeray Lane.

Turn left (south) on Thackeray Lane and the house is on the east side of the street.

Please only park on the west side of the street and do not park on the grass.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.
