Listing Terms and Conditions
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Buyer purchases from Seller items listed on the sales receipt. Once cash or credit card payment has been made, or a check has cleared, Buyer takes possession of the items and all liability passes to Buyer.

If payment is made by check, items purchased may not be removed until the check has cleared.

If payment is made by credit card, Buyer waives the right and agrees without reservation NOT to challenge the charge for any reason whatsoever without first obtaining a court ruling in favor of the buyer respecting any such challenge.

Buyer has relied upon its own inspection and investigation of the items purchased, and is fully satisfied with the result and thoroughness of such inspection. Buyer waives any challenge to its purchase on any grounds whatsoever, including, but not limited to, quality, condition, provenance or any other grounds the Buyer later would interpose for a challenge or complaint.

Delivery, shipping and transportation, and all costs of delivery, shipping and transportation, are the sole responsibility of Buyer, and all liability connected with delivery, shipping and transportation are the sole responsibility of Buyer. Seller will ship, using an insured shipper of its choice, any items paid by check once the check has cleared. Buyers may make pick-up and shipping arrangements themselves for purchases paid by check and, if so, prior notification of pickup time and date is required for any such items or any items left for later pickup and delivery. Any dispute arising from delivery, shipping and transportation does not include or involve the Seller notwithstanding who arranged shipping. Any shipper not on the recommended list must provide proof of insurance for damages to the premises.

Buyer further waives all right to challenge any charge made based upon damages, disputes or dissatisfaction with delivery, shipping or transportation.

A 5% handling fee will be added to all purchases.

ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. SELLER HAS CLEAR TITLE TO ALL ITEMS SOLD.
