~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to help these empty nesters who also happen to be newly married, combine the contents of their three homes. This sale will prove to be very interesting as there will truly be something for everyone.
