The house is packed full.  There are hundreds - yes hundreds of angels, many other collectibles, furniture, nice clothing, jewelry, smalls and more. 

Here's just a little bit of what we have to offer!:

Located off site (but in Sun City) 1989 Club Car Gas w/high speed rear end, street legal.  This cart runs great.  $1750. 

1970s Bassett dining set with six chairs and two leaves, 2 Bassett hutches in both large and small size, matching buffet, standing Ethan Allen chest to store silver, I believe we have six sets of China at the sale;  one is a Noritake Clinton pattern - a very mid century service for 12 with every accessory pieces imaginable in like new condition, also service for eight Nikko Japan blue flowered pattern, Service for four in Romanian Apulum holly design dishes, another service for 12 Holly pattern by China Pearl,   Service for 12 by Mikasa Edinburg  pattern,  and a Pfaltzgraff service for 12 that takes up an entire hutch with all accessories and even glasses to match,. 

Crystal - more than I've seen at a sale in a long, LONG time.  Flatware - stainless, gold plated, silver plated.  Full kitchen - you name it, we have it - and probably more than one.  Napkins rings, coasters, salt and peppers - multiples of everything!

Lots of Degrazia including a couple hand-signed pieces. 

Books - Huge set of Louis Lamour and Zane Grey and more and more.  Albums, 8 tracks, cassettes.  HUGE collection of stamps and some coins and proof sets. 

Collections of bells, elephants, and Dachshunds - and of course the angels.  One "year around Christmas Tree" has over 600 angles on it alone.  There has to be over 1000 angels in this house.  

Lots of linens, towels, and sewing items.   You name it, we have it. 

Gorgeous mahogany round table from Kentucky which measures 4.5 feet in diameter, nice handmade checkerboard chopping block,  corner cabinet, Ethan Allen bedside stand or silver drawer, tea cart and serving carts, Micromatic console vintage record player, vintage radios, 1890 vintage cast iron clock - works nicely,  lots of wicker furniture, nice petite maple desk,  a pretty pair of 4 poster twin beds.  Nice long dresser located in master BR.  Ethan Allen queen size sofa bed in neutral cream color. 

We have a nice safe as well - it's hidden in a nite stand which is neat.  Yes we have the combo.  Also have lots of tools in the garage - lawn and woodworking tools, lots of holiday items as well. 

Clothes - every closet is full.  Women's clothing size Small - Med and size 6 to 10.  Coats, minks, and everything is like new or new with tags.  Shoes - we have over 100 pair - most are size 7 and many are 7 narrow.  If that's your size, you have hit the jackpot.    Purses, purses, purses. 

NOTE:  Jewelry and smalls are all located in the master bedroom WITH A SEPARATE CASHIER.  This room has not only jewelry (for men and women) but smalls such as pocket knives, bolos, cuff links, and tons of necklaces, turquoise and sterling,  earrings, and bracelets.   We only allow 4 or so persons in this room at a time.  SO COME GET A NUMBER AND THEY GO LOOK THROUGH THE REST OF THE HOUSE.  WE WILL CALL NUMBERS FOR THE SMALLS ROOM.  If you are shopping throughout the house and you find you have missed your number, just let us know and you'll be next in line.   We never like to have customers waiting in line and would much rather have you shopping.  However, our first obligation is always to the client who hired us to sell their estate items - to protect their home and maintain control of the situation.   Please come at the end of the day or the end of the sale if waiting is extremely unpleasant for you.
