What a privilege to represent the estate of long time artist & teacher at the U of M, Bonnie Beaver. Home is adorned with a lot of her art as well as others. Ms. Beaver taught at Memphis State for 35 years. She was devoted to her profession so much, that she never promoted her art; she didn't have time. This sale features over 300 pieces of her works. She was very diverse and extremely talented. She literally is a Memphis based unknown artist whose work is very warm & friendly to the eye and to homes and offices. She has many various abstracts, diptiks, nature, and several other subject matters. We had an area ISA help to appraise her artwork. We also have other artists' works i.e. Collette Pop Heldner from Louisiana, Bertoldt Taubert, George Cress, Stavan, etc... Home is filled with quality furnishings, 4,400 square feet full. Copeland Estate Sales utilizes bid sheets at our estate sales where customers can fill out bids for items in our estate sales. When their bid coincides with the discounting process throughout the weekend, they can purchase items at their budget without having to be present at the estate sale. We request these forms to be filled at the estate sale location during the weekend. We take cash, checks with ID, and debit & credit cards. Please park on the main street of the estate sale. We request parking on one side of the street to assist with to minimize inconvenience for the neighborhood. We will allow driveway traffic for pickups only, but please be as brief as possible. We provide assistance with loading items, but it is best if you bring help for furniture and large purchases as we will be very busy this weekend. Please be patient with all processes as we do the best we can to navigate a peaceful and enjoyable event. We have a new policy regarding the requests for pricing before an estate sale begins or for pricing & availability after the estate sale starts. There is no way we can remember prices upon requests. We simply do not have time to go back to our sales and look up prices for requests. Thus, all requests for pricing will need to be answered by attending the actual sale when it opens and while it is opened.
