• Pricing Info Will Not Be Given Out Prior To Sale.
• Buyer is Responsible For The Removal Of Items Once Purchased. Pick Up Times Cannot Be Arranged At A Later Date.
• Entry to This Home Is Limited For Security Purposes. We Will Use A Ticket(when necessary) for Entrance.
• Cash and Credit Cards Accepted. Please Bring Small Bills.
• We Will Not Accept Worn, Torn, Faded, and Any Defaced Bills. The Bank Will Not Accept Them Either.
• We Will Not Make Change For $20 Denomination and Up For Small ($1) Purchases.
• Do Not Block Driveways or Park on Sidewalks. If You Do, The Police Will Give You A Ticket.
• Be Considerate of Your Fellow Shoppers. Police Will Be Called To Settle Disputes.
• Examine Items Closely and Carefully Before You Pay For Them.
• First Come, First Served. Leaving The Property Means You Abandoned Your Place in Line.
• If Price Tag is Removed or Switched, Prices Will Be Re-assigned at Checkout.
• Hoarding IS NOT ALLOWED! You Must Buy What You Pile or Will Be Asked To Leave.
• NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Please Leave Your Large Purse or Bag at Home When Attending This Sale. Large Purses or Bags Will Be Asked to Be Left With Cashier Or Taken Back To Your Car.
• All Items Must Be Removed Day of Sale –No Loading Assistance Provided.
• Items Sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, ALL SALES FINAL.
• Any Items Paid For But Not Picked Up BY THE END OF THE SECOND DAY Will Be Donated.
