This house has Beautiful home right on the ocean in Laguna Beach. House is full of vintage furniture; chairs, sofas, coffee tables, consoles, end tables, Ottomans, servers, sideboards, cabinets, dressers, all in excellent condition, a lot of it is "Tommy Bahama style". Tons of unique, decorative "smalls"; statues, plates, ashtrays, candleholders, bowls, bottles, vases. Awesome "old west" themed billiards room. Pool table / craps table. Walls are covered in art, old western memorabilia, and decorative goodies from the early 1900s. Everything from life-sized John Wayne cardboard cut-out to actual antique cowboy paraphernalia: Tools, lighters, ash trays, chairs, barrels, photographs, fire extinguishers, maps, knives, bottles, and more. One awesome wood king size bed frame (see pictures) and one queen size bed, lots of wood bedroom furniture in good condition- Thomasville dresser with vanity, multiple vintage Sanfora dressers in excellent condition, Drexel bedside tables. House is full of original oil on canvas and signed prints. Potted plants in backyard and side yard. Weber barbecue. GE freezer in the garage. Three tall ladders: two wood, one metal. Full kitchen complete with pots, pans, cups, bowls, mugs, glasses, microwave, platters, cooking tools, toaster oven, Osterizer blenders. Very fun, old Laguna Beach home. Come see for yourself!
