Dealers: To be tax exempt, you must bring with you a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign Arizona Form 5000. You must resale what you buy from my auctions to be tax exempt. We will check your license on site to make sure your license is STILL valid. Please keep this in mind. ATTENTION!!! This is a private estate in a gated condo community. You must make an appointment to ensure entrance to the location. Please email contact@fidelityestateservices.com or text 623-451-7426 your name and time you will be arriving. EXAMPLE- "JOHN DOE 9:00am" Please arrive at your scheduled time and we will have a rep to meet you at the small courtyard of the building next to the keypad. Please ask for Deborah or Bo Patrick. *Unscheduled drop-ins are welcome but you will have to wait until the next available group of buyers is let in the estate. |
