~This is a four day sale, most remaining items will be 50% off on Sunday.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time. ~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on. ~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance. ~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing. ~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing. ~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture. Please understand if our staff help load, it is on a first come first serve basis and there could be a wait. Also if the sale is very busy like on the first and the last days we may ask you to come back at a later time. Long story short it's always better to bring your own help. ~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ~Not responsible for on-site accidents. ~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street. ~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day. |

We are very honored to have the opportunity to help this family liquidate the contents of both Raleigh homes of their nephew. We have learned since starting this house that our client (the nephew) inherited the multiple properties and the contents. Both houses are overflowing with AMAZING antique and vintage items spanning THREE generations. The father of our client was president of Drexel Furniture Company and there are is quite a bit of Drexel in both homes. There are also a ton of great vintage toys and games from the 1950's and TONS of amazing antique glassware and figurines by names like Dresden, Prussia, Haviland, Limogus, Minton, Noritake, Hummel and so much more.
