Terms: 10% down, non refundable, auction day certified check or cash. Personal checks accepted with letter of guarantee from bank. Balance due at closing within 30 days or Delivery of Deed by Seller.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the purchase price of the property.
