First of all without YOU, our customers we could not provide an amazing auction experience and have it be a success. With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation.
******We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them. ******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record). ******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. ******We do not pre-sell items. We do not give out prices early. *******A sign in sheet will be posted at 7:00 a.m. We will have to limit this sale to 25 at a time in the house due to space limitations. |

We have an awesome TAG ESTATE SALE lined up for this weekend. The house is packed, the garage is packed, 2 cars, furniture, antiques, collectables. This is one of those sales you all love, the owners wants us to liquidate everything in the house. All items will be priced to sell from day one. We will be going on April 27th and April 28th to prep this house for the public to enter on April 29th. As we are prepping we will make a lot more and better pictures of the things in the house. Check back often as we will update daily. |
