We will send out invoices within minutes of the end of the entire auction. 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid amount. You must pay for auctioned property before Pick-Up (PayPal or credit/debit card). Exceptions to this rule will be made under the following conditions: 1) if you have a consistent history of buying and paying at pick-up and we agree to that again; or, 2) if you have contacted us via telephone 248.836.8244, or via email tondusky@caringtransitions.net before pick-up to inform us that you intend to pay at pick-up, and we agree that you may do so pay at pick-up. If you are a new buyer and intend to pay at pick-up, you must contact us before the end of the sale for approval! At our absolute discretion, we reserve the right to award the items to another lower bidder willing to pay by credit card or Pay Pal. If you have not made payment prior to the final day of Pick-Up, and you fail to show for the scheduled pick up time without previous notice by phone, you forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Minimum handling fee of $10 for single lot, and possibly more if you require shipping on multiple Lots (or difficult to ship lot). After we deliver your item(s) to the shipper the shipper will contact you to pay the actual shipping cost via credit card. We reserve the right to refuse shipping lots we deem too fragile to ship, so please inquire about shipping before you bid.
