MY FAVORITE THING IN THE SALE:  Early 1900s INTERNATIONAL TIME RECORDING COMPANY CLOCK - beautiful tiger oak case.  This is actually an antique time recording wall clock from a building in Cripple Creek, Colorado.  Sits on a base now that makes it the height of a grandfather clock.  Mercury pendulum and electric motor work fine.  (Shelley from Tic Toc Clock checked the seal - it’s perfect and ready to move to your house!)
 
Oak rolltop desk.  Mid century dining furniture from Drexel - table plus leaves & 6 chairs - china cabinet & server.  HEKMAN desk.   Beautiful rolling desk chair.  Formica kitchen table with 6 chairs.   Nice Lane brown leather recliner.  Microfiber loveseat = both sides can recline!  2 cabinets in country blue, one with glass doors.  Bookcase with glass drop-down doors (modeled after barrister bookcases, but in one piece).   WONDERFUL KING SIZE IRON HEADBOARD.   THOMASVILLE Queen size bed with matching dresser & nightstand.  Doilies.   VERY NICE LARGE CEDAR CHEST (Yes, he will fit in there ….)
