A non-refundable 50% cash deposit is required to hold an item. Number System: The first customer to arrive at the sale may start the numbers. We honor the numbers providing whoever starts them stays at the house until the sale starts or has someone stay in his/her place. Doors will open promptly at 10:00 am. If you are not present when the doors open you will have to go to the end of the line. |
