RV is powered by a CAT 3126 300 HP Engine and Allison 6 Speed push button transmission. Only 62000 Miles with air brakes. This RV is approximately 40/39 feet in length Ford F750 Chassis. This is a RV/Toy with 13’6” garage with E-track tie down on the deck with aluminum diamond decking. The garage area has two RV folding crunch bed combos, There are storage cabinets in the overhead of the garage area with secure latches on them. A/C units, one in garage and one living area. The cargo area has a ladder and hatch to gain access to the raised observation deck above roof. The living quarters have 1 slide out with a full size couch on it with power to fold out into a queen sized bed. The Dinette Set has storage under the seats and seat belts also folds down in to a bed. The bed above cab has a LCDTV ready for satellite or antenna. The windows have day/night shades. Class Hitch. 7800 KW diesel generator the life gate is made out of aluminum with a flip out extension with safety chains rated at 3000 lbs, a large refrigerator freezer and hot water heater both will operate off of lp gas and electric 110V. Microwave/ Convection oven a 3 burner range with safety cover. The bathroom has sink toilet and a separate shower, wardrobe  closet and drawers for storage. Double sink. Additional Features: 12V plug with two USB ports, cruise, tilt, in dash cd/tape player. PW PB PS power heated Captain Chairs. Cruz control, driving lights, home center caps and lug nut covers on front wheels four new tires on rear 2 years ago. The fronts are less than 3years old. The coach was serviced recently with all new cat filters and oil. The generator was serviced with new filters and oil filters.
