  Because of limited sale days and available parking, we will be letting our web site visitors submit offers on items BEFORE the sale begins (We will not be using our "virtual estate sale page" for this sale, but can provide measurements and additional views of furniture pieces whenever possible.  We will make notation on our web site or photos if an item is sold or sale is pending.
